FM Presenter / Radio Jockey (RJ)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and engaging FM Presenter / Radio Jockey (RJ) to host radio shows, entertain audiences, and create compelling content. The ideal candidate should have a strong on-air presence, excellent communication skills in Tamil, and a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Host live and pre-recorded radio shows with energy, enthusiasm, and creativity.
- Engage with listeners through interactive content, contests, and live calls.
- Research and prepare engaging scripts and show content.
- Conduct interviews with celebrities, industry experts, and special guests.
- Stay updated with current trends, news, and entertainment topics for relevant discussions.
- Manage social media engagement to promote shows and interact with the audience.
- Coordinate with the production team for seamless show execution.
- Ensure smooth transitions between music, ads, and talk segments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0 to 3 years of experience as a Radio Jockey / Presenter (Freshers with a strong voice and presentation skills can apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a charismatic and engaging voice.
- Strong storytelling and improvisation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of audio production, editing tools, and radio broadcasting equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours and rotational shifts.
- Strong social media presence and digital engagement skills are an advantage.
